Ziggy Cooling Heating LLC provides residential and commercial heating and cooling services, including AC repair, AC installation and replacement, heat pumps, maintenance and tune-ups, heating and furnace service, and commercial HVAC.

Information on this website, including service descriptions, guides, and photos, is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician. The scope, pricing, schedule, and warranty for each job are set out in a separate written estimate, invoice, or contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

Cooperate reasonably during the service visit or project

5. Communications Consent

8. Payments & Billing

Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods for each job are set out in the written estimate, invoice, or contract for that job. Payments are due according to the terms of that agreement.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, changes in scope of work, and any refunds are governed by the written estimate or contract for the specific job and by applicable Nevada law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ziggy Cooling Heating LLC or is used with permission, unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziggy Cooling Heating LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. This website is provided “as is”. Responsibilities and warranties for HVAC work and equipment are governed by the written estimate or contract for each job and any applicable manufacturer warranties.

Ziggy Cooling Heating LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS Program)

Ziggy Cooling Heating LLC operates an SMS messaging program for users who provide prior express consent. By voluntarily providing your mobile number and checking the applicable SMS consent box, you expressly agree to receive SMS text messages from Ziggy Cooling Heating LLC regarding appointment reminders, service notifications, follow-ups, and, if separately opted in, promotional messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, we will cease sending SMS messages unless and until you provide new express consent.

We maintain records of opt-in submissions, including timestamps and source form details, for compliance and legal protection. Opt-out requests do not invalidate prior lawful consent granted before the opt-out was received.

Carrier Liability – Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
